We ship with FedEx within the United States. If you are located in Canada, please contact us for options. We do our best to get your order out within 24 hours of being placed. Please note that FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes.



Items purchased at discount over 40% are final sale, no returns or exchanges. Items purchased at regular price are returnable for an exchange, a store credit or refund within 14 days of receipt.

Please log into your account on to generate your return, or contact us for a Return Authorization number via phone or email 435-649-9526 or [email protected] prior to making a return. A return for refund will be issued for unused, full-priced merchandise with original tags, returned within 14 days of arrival at shipping destination. Refunds are issued in the form of original payment.


The quickest and most efficient way to exchange an item is to place a new order for the replacement product(s) and return your original item to us for a refund.  This allows us to process and ship the replacement immediately. Then, please return the original product in accordance with the Returns listed above. Upon receipt of the original product(s), we will process the return and issue a refund in the form of original payment as soon as we can, normally within 24-48 hours of receiving the returned item.
